Story: Took Peter to scuba dive. Roatan Island is a major scuba diving location. David and Judy accompanied me for the drive. Would you really trust this building to be safe? Stunning location.

Location: Roatan Island, Honduras

Story: We spent Christmas on Roatan Island in a location called Los Palmas. Daryl Aitken, the consummate organizer made sure we had enough room for all.  We experienced all kinds of weather, this being the off season. It was fun. This is the view from our balcony. The chairs forlorn awaiting the company of strangers to adorn their seats. It was raining this day, which seems to show up as an out of focus picture.

Location: Flower bay, Roatan Island, Honduras

Story: We were on our way back from the West End and decided to take a detour into something named as beautifully as Flower bay. It was not so beautiful.  I had a couple of people with me and could not stop to take pictures of which there were many to be had. This one shows the colour of choice of the Island houses as well as the general state of affairs, wall falling over, garden that is not looked after and the prodigious growth of vegetation.

The muddy river is also a bit bizarre considering the proximity of the ocean.

Story: This is not a great picture, just fun. I have no idea why someone would keep this kind of a boat under a dock ramp. The colours are bit under saturated. I have not bothered to attempt a fix in Photoshop or anything.

Story: Out for a walk. This beautiful woman is performing her morning constitutionals. I took two pictures of her. She is not looking at in the first. I am not sure who caught whom int he second instance.

Story: We went to Anthony Keys where a ritzy resort had been built. It was also home to the oceanic research centre. They had an enclosed are where they were studying dolphins. They allowed people to go in and play with them  Jack Powell was taken there by his father. I went for a walk and came across this lady sitting taking in the sun while her daughter did whatever she had to look after her.

Location: Honduras, Roatan Island

Story: Out with the old, in with the new. The old pier had been removed and a new pier installed. Work in progress. The old pier supports were left behind for whatever reason.

Location: Paris

Story: We finally made it to see the Eiffel Tower. Devin had not seen this structure before. We got there in the evening. It was a dreary night. Devin decided that we should take a picture of the tower from the bottom.  I set up the tripod and obliged. One of the more remarkable pictures in my collection.

Story: I have never been a fan of sculptures. Don’t get me wrong, I get a good sculpture when I see one, just could never get very excited abut them. Until we went to the Rodin Gallery in Paris. I was amazed by the intricacy and details of the pieces. The emotions that came out were amazing. While most people took pictures of the full piece, I decided to concentrate on close ups, extreme close ups of each piece.
