You write so well....always enjoy reading your blog.  Well, you know I can sympathize with that shy employee, lol.    Next week starts the meditation in the Healing Journey.  I have a feeling I won&#039;t continue with it.  I don&#039;t think i am really the meditating type.  I like to walk and walk briskly when confronted with anxiety or problems (and anger.)  I walk leisurely when feeling good.  In this course to come, they mentioned a lot of homework.  Mmmmm. Yeah, I don&#039;t know about that.  I think the Brain Fog will be good....I hope.   </description>
